Join the Revolution!
What to do here?
In the Internationalist Commune of Rojava, youth from all over the world come together to built a life on socialist principles and the philosophy of Rêber APO. Together, we are educating ourselves and sharing our cultures and revolutionary experiences with each other. We are learning about Kurdish language and culture, and getting to know the society, the Youth and Women’s Movements and the different institutions of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria.
Our mission is to spread the spirit of the Revolution of North and East Syria all over the world. We make interviews, documentaries, arts and culture projects, podcasts, seminars and much more. Furthermore we are part of the RiseUp4Rojava network, which aims to defend Rojava. We are in contact with internationalist, socialist, Youth and Women’s movements in order to share experience, educate each other and connect. For example in the Make Rojava Green Again campaign we are working together with local ecological committees and climate and ecological movements.
Moreover we have our autonomous structure of Young Internationalist Women that focuses on learning from the practice of women’s liberation in Rojava. With this, we are connecting and creating perspectives for young women around the world.
Come to Rojava and join the Internationalist Commune!
Against the crisis of Capitalist Modernity the answer is Internationalism. Coming to Rojava and seeing the Revolution and its practice is a big chance to develop a Revolutionary Personality, support the Revolution in Rojava and to create perspectives for struggles in other parts of the world. We welcome anyone who wants to understand and live the principles of Democratic Confederalism, women’s freedom and ecology, and is prepared to come here to learn, defend and organize with the Revolution.
The Revolution in Rojava is our Revolution so you won’t come here as guest but as a comrades. You should come to strengthen the work here with your thoughts and your initiative. This is why we are recommending to stay at least 6 months, in order to get a deeper understanding of the Revolution and get involved in the works. If you have specific ideas for projects, for example writing a book, making a song or making a movie we can discuss the possibilities of a shorter stay. But the most importing thing is for you to be open to learn and develop.
If you want to come, Contact us here and we will share more information with you.
