Ideological Attacks on the Revolutionary Youth Movement

The Democratic Autonomous Administration of North East Syria and all its accomplishments are under constant and systematic military, political, economic, moral and social attacks. These attacks continue without any change in their consistency and intensity. Democratic forces of Rojava, military forces, freedom forces, and the people of Rojava are resisting these attacks in one way or another in a variety of creative methods. They take a strong stance of resistance.

Since the status of Rojava was established and the revolution of democratic autonomy in Rojava and North East Syria was realized, one of the most fundamental forces that has faced the most ideological attacks apart from military is the Youth Movement, which has been organized and gained consciousness under the roof of Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger (Revolutionary Youth Movement).

TEVGERA CIWANÊN ŞOREŞGER IS THE IDEOLOGICAL FORCE OF THE REVOLUTION

It can be said that no organization, no force has faced an ideological attack of such intensity and brutality as Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger.

First of all, there is a significance to the ideological attacks. The Youth is already an ideological force. Some of its ideological characteristics are that it is based on depth and radicalism. As its name suggests, Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger is the ideological power of the revolution. It is also the ideological weapon of the revolution. The most fundamental characteristic of the ideological weapon and ideological power is its radicalism. It relies on radical methods to achieve its goals. It acts on this basis, fights on this basis, organizes on this basis. Its language is not that of a politician, nor that of a diplomat, it is even different from that of a soldier. It is an ideological force from head to toe. The embodiment of the principles reaches its peak in the youth movement. The principles attain their deepest meaning and become flesh and blood through the struggle, the stance, the language, the style, and the methods of the revolutionary youth.

TEVGERA CIWANÊN ŞOREŞGER IS PART OF THE APOIST MOVEMENT

Since it is an ideological power, it is also the protective and defensive force of the accomplishments of the revolution. Because of all these characteristics, those who attack the gains of the revolution from both inside and outside are also attacking Komalên Ciwan1 and its executive power in Rojava, Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger. Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger is part of the Apoist youth movement. According to the Apoist philosophy, according to the Apoist ideology, according to the Apoist paradigm, it is based on a life, a march, a struggle.

The style, manner and method of struggle is Apoist. It is a creative force, it is constructive. It is aggressive against backwardness, against what needs to be destroyed. It is also constructive in building the future.

The Apoist movement emerged as a youth movement. That is why Abdullah Öcalan said, “We started with the youth and we will succeed with the youth.” The first to oppose the Apoist youth movement was the Kurdish collaborator-traitor line. Its contemporary representatives were the KUK (National Liberation of Kurdistan), and one of its contemporary representatives was the Freedom Path (Özgürlük Yolu). THOSE WHO STOOD AGAINST THE APOIST YOUTH MOVEMENT WERE THE LANDLORDS AND PATRONS

It was the aghas (landlords), begs (lords and patrons), sheikhs, Bucaks, Suleimans, Ramans², in other words, the old-fashioned feudal groups, who stood against the Apoist Movement and its initial youth mission of rising up.

They were the first to oppose the Apoist Movement on behalf of the colonialist genocidal regime of the turkish state. The Apoist Movement made its name by eliminating some of them, by curbing some of them, and by its huge ability to struggle. In this way also the movement was accepted by the Kurdish people.

All of them wanted to stand against the Apoist Youth Movement, they wanted to prevent it, they wanted to dry it out when it was starting to bloom, when it was just beginning to bud. The Apoist Movement grew green, branched out, took deeper and deeper roots and has arrived to the present day.

The Apoist Youth Movement faced ideological attacks at that time as well. They called the movement “Yandım Allah Gang”. (Ceteyen-capilci – Marauder Gang.) The movement was labeled with all sorts of epithets. Unusual slanders were thrown. But the march of the Apoist Youth Movement could not be stopped. Not a millimeter of deviation could be created in its march and stance. The Apoist Movement first resisted in the prisons, then in the mountains. In the prisons there was Mazlum Dogan, there was Ali Çiçek, the youth vanguard of the Apoist Movement, and in the mountains there was Egid (Mahsum Korkmaz). In this respect, the Apoist Movement, which started young, proved its maturity. It proved its maturity in the prisons with Ali Çiçek and Mazlum Doğan and in the mountains with Egid. It buried thousands of young comrades as martyrs, and young people watered the soil of Kurdistan with their blood and came to the present day.

After the year 2000, the Apoist Movement became Komalên Ciwan, with the phrase: We started with the youth, we will finish with the youth, we will succeed with the youth. Then in Rojava it became Ciwanên Şoreşger/

NOW THEIR VESTIGES ARE ATTACKING THE REVOLUTIONARY YOUTH MOVEMENT

The names of the first forces behind the attacks at the beginning of the Apoist Movement, their vestiges, the remnants of treachery, have launched a wave of attacks on the Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger in Rojava today. They are carrying out their attacks on virtual media accounts, through television and media, in all kinds of meetings, press releases and doorstep gossip. Some of it is reflected in the press, some of it is not, but it is heard.

Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger is being slandered. Of course it is a youth movement, the youth movement is a cascade, a river that never stops flowing. The youth movement is not a neutral movement. The youth movement marches forward and struggles in the most radical way.

In the process of struggle, its possible that some mistakes are made. Of course it is possible that people who take action are wrong sometimes. Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger can also have some mistakes, but not as often as they do good. Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger is at the forefront in terms of its ideological stance, with its aspects that complement and develop the revolution more than its shortcomings. In this respect, those who attack the Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger are not attacking its mistakes, and its deficiencies, they are not attacking what it lacks, they are mainly attacking its strong stance, the Apoist spirit that takes place within it. Because this spirit frightens them. They see their own end in this spirit. The survival of this spirit darkens their future.

WHY DOES THE KDP ATTACK THE REVOLUTIONARY YOUTH MOVEMENT THE MOST?

It is the KDP³ (Kurdistan Democratic Party) that attacks Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger the most. It is the KDP’s media organs, virtual media accounts and trolls. Again, it’s those who didn’t take their place in the PKK, who abandoned the struggle for the sake of their own broken lives, fled and took part in the KDP, attacking national values, who are leading the attack on the Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger. ENKS⁴ (Kurdish National Council) is only the name of this attack in Rojava. In other words, ENKS and its crews and affiliated structures are the foundation of this attack. Those who carry out this attack are on the line of the collaborator and traitor KDP.

We know that if we read backwards what the KDP says, it will lead us to the truth. We are far from what the KDP says is good and close to what it says is bad. Whatever it says is right, we are close to saying wrong, and whatever it says is wrong, we are close to saying right. Whatever it calls ugly is beautiful, whatever it calls beautiful is definitely ugly.

The KDP is the mouthpiece of a colonialist genocidal state among Kurds. The KDP is an AKP-MHP, a Bahçeli-Erdoğan tool that has infiltrated the Kurds. They are the ones who realize their representation in the KDP.

Therefore, if we are to succeed with Komalên Ciwan, if we are to succeed with Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger, we have to stand against these attacks. Of course, youth is constructive as much as it breaks down the existing backwardness. It is as inclusive as it is radical. In this respect, there are many aspects of it that need to be emphasized. These are not issues that we can formulate and discuss next to the KDP attacks.

THE AGGRESSION OF THE KDP-ENKS IS DUE TO A HUGE BLOW THEY RECEIVED TO THE CORRUPT LIFE THEY WANT TO CREATE

One of the main arguments used by the KDP’s media organs, virtual media accounts and trolls to attack the Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger is the alleged participation of men and women of young ages. The reason why the KDP-ENKS are so aggressive against the Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger is because they have disrupted the plans of the colonialist genocidal Turkish state, Syrian and Iranian regimes in the North East Syrian Democratic Autonomous Administration regions within the framework of the corrupt life they imposed on young people between the ages of 12-20 with prostitution houses, distributing kilos of drugs, theft and spying methods. Hundreds of people sent by these fascist regimes are being held in the Asayish (The Internal Security Forces) branches of Northern and Eastern Syria, and tens of kilograms of various drugs are seized almost every week by the security forces. And according to the testimonies given, these young people are being exploited by these regimes, by MIT and Parastin (Parastin – Intelligence Service of the KRG and established by the KDP).

We also know that the KDP-ENKS takes inspiration from what the fascist colonialist genocidal Turkish state (who they partner with or see as their patrons) is doing in Bakur, as well as what Iran is doing in Rojhilat, what the KDP is doing in Bashur and the Syrian regime is doing in Rojava. We know that PDK and ENKS believe that it would be better for young people not to join the PKK, but instead to engage in prostitution, drugs, theft, and spying for genocidal regimes that kill Kurds every day. That is why they are so aggressive against Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger. Because the corrupt life they want to create is being dealt a big blow.
